Hello!

Below is a great scripture about worship. We are called to be a living sacrifice unto the Lord. This week, my family and I were doing a devotional together, and one point really stood out to me: “We are to serve the Lord; God isn’t made to serve us!”

That thought really struck me because it can be so easy to focus on asking God to meet our needs. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not wrong to bring our requests to Him. But it made me reflect on how often I ask God to use me for His purposes instead of simply asking Him to fulfill mine.

I wanted to share that encouragement with you today. May we continually offer ourselves to the Lord and seek His will above our own.

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”
