On the 4th of July my family and many other grateful citizens of the United States will be celebrating 250 years of freedom and independence as a nation. What a privilege it is to live in this great country. One of those privileges I enjoy besides freedom of speech and right to bear arms is the freedom of religion. And what a joy it is to be able to come together every week with my brothers and sisters in Christ. It is amazing how Jesus has brought us together. Without Him there is little chance we would know each other or for that matter even care. But He has and we do.
 
God bless everyone as you celebrate America’s 250th but also as you enjoy the freedom that only Jesus Christ can give you. And make sure you “stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us/you free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” Galatians 5:1
